Having trouble logging in to manage your Athletic Club subscription? Receiving an error message saying an account with your email does not exist or your account has been suspended?
Please search your email for the subject line "Activate your account!"
This email would have been sent after your first subscription order. Follow this link to activate your account. This should solve the issue of you not being able to log in. If you did not receive the email, please reach out to us ([email protected])and we will happily resend the link. If you already activated your account and need a reset password link, please reach out to [email protected].
We also send reminder emails to activate your account with the subject line, "Welcome to the Athletic Club. Let's activate your account". You can try searching for this one as well to ensure your account is activated.
