I received tracking but it is not updating, what do I do?Updated a year ago

Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update after you receive the email containing your tracking number. Your tracking will not show movement again until it has been scanned by our shipping partner at the Canadian border. From there, you will be able to track your order until is is delivered.
